Service Plans
The pricing plan for the on-demand hosted services is simple. There is a minimum of $20 per month charge which allows two named users to access the system simultaneously. Each additional named user is another $10 per month. We do not stop you from adding additional users beyond what you are paying for but will audit the system with each billing cycle to determine the current number of users and bill you accordingly. This means that you do not have to call us in order to add new users and wait for their access to be granted. Instead, you control the number of users as you see fit and we will let you know when you are over the limit in terms of disk space or numbers of named users.
- $10 Per User/Per Month*: This gives full access to Spatial Knowledge Base functionality and gives you 500mb free of storage space per user.
- $5 Per 500mb Storage/Per Month: If you go beyond the usage level for disk space, you can purchase an additional 500mb of storage per month for $5.
*Our built-in Map Viewer is included in the above prices, however, Google Map Services are an additional fee if you want your GIS data to remain secure. Please contact us for more information.

been released!
New Features
- Customizable Metadata: Administrators can now customize
the metadata that they would like to track for sites and documents.
- New Map Viewer: Administrators can configure the
layers, colors, and features available in the embedded maps.
Bi-directional communication allows users to select a region and return
all the sites found within that region. Layers can be turned on and off
and users can pan, zoom in, and zoom out.
- Privilege System: Administrators can now enable
privileges at the user and group level in order to control access to
things like creating documents, editing sites, running reports and
other features.
- UI Enhancements/Usability:This release contains
significant UI improvements in usability and look-and-feel. New
graphics, icons, and layout all the user to more easily navigate the
application.
- PDF Searching: Users can now search PDF documents when
performing searches of content.
- Archive Management: Archives are a way to package
documents into common groups. On upgrade all existing projects will be
converted to Archives and all Document links will be preserved.
